Jason Fischer is the Founder and President of MetaDigital Forensics LLC, and the creator of MetaDiscovery. With over a decade of experience in the legal services industry, Jason has managed complex e-discovery, digital forensics, and data collections for both public and private sector clients.Having maintained advanced proficiency in massive enterprise platforms like Relativity, Casepoint, and IPRO, as well as deep-dive forensic tools like Cellebrite, Axiom, and Autopsy, Jason recognized a glaring problem in the industry: Solo practitioners and small firms were being forced to pay exorbitant cloud hosting fees for bloated software just to review standard load files.To level the playing field, Jason built MetaDiscovery—an entirely offline, self-executing load file viewer. By combining his technical capabilities in script building and complex data analysis with his understanding of strict court deadlines, Jason created a tool that cuts out the noise, eliminates recurring fees, and lets attorneys get straight to the evidence.When cases escalate beyond standard review, Jason and MetaDigital Forensics continue to offer white-glove consulting, advanced digital collections, and expert witness testimony to ensure attorneys are fully supported from discovery through trial.
